The digital platform will help customers to discover, compare and make informed decisions about mobile and broadband plans and home services in the UAE. Customers will be connected to a marketplace and will also be able to rate and share their experiences on an AI -powered customer community.
Etisalat has launched a smartphone self-service vending machine that is a ‘first-of-its-kind’ for the UAE by partnering with ADNOC Distribution, the leading fuel distributor and convenience store operator in the UAE. The machine will allow customers 24/7 access and a five-minute turnaround time to buy a smart phone automatically.
Telecom operators du and Etisalat have announced that they teamed up with Dubai Properties to provide smart ICT infrastructure for its upcoming realty projects.
The move is part of more than 50 projects under Taawun agreement, a joint initiative between Etisalat and du – from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, to support the vision of the government in developing a smart telecom infrastructure across the UAE.
